All about your teacher...
My name is Kim Kohler and I am excited to be your child's teacher! I have been teaching for 22 years, and this will be my 17th year teaching in the Deer Valley School District. This will be my fifth year at West Wing.
I graduated from NAU with a BS degree and MA degree in elementary education. I am currently working on my gifted endorsement.
I live in the West Wing neighborhood and I enjoy seeing students and their families in the community.
I have been married to my husband Ken for 15 years and I have a daughter named Kaylee. She will be going into 9th grade at Liberty Highschool. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
